What a treasure of a LEAP day we have had!
So exciting to see the crocuses peaking through- of course, now I have major Spring fever and want to run right over to Oakland Nursery to start perusing the stock!
We started the morning saying 'Adios' to Diego as he left for preschool, a quick dash out for Mia's new haircut (ummm....) then back for a sunshining day to play outside and have our first picnic of 2012! Another favorite part of the day was achieving the 'trifecta' of all three kids up in their rooms for nap/quiet play- so Mommy had time to do 'fun' things like...the dishes...treadmill...and other exciting things that Mommy's do during nap time and bed time (contrary to the beliefs of our children, we do not have a party, eat chocolate cake, and/or watch TV....though we occasionally wish we could take naps...)
Anyway- happy LEAP day all!
