some random recents...

just having a little fun- jumping the season a bit, but the bubble faces just begged for Santa hats...

unlike most small people- Mia and Diego would rather scream and fuss on car rides- SO....we were ecstatic to have almost 1 whole hour of BOTH kids sleeping on our trip back from TN.


Pappaw was blowing a nice stream of bubbles early one morning..

FIRST FAMILY VACATION....GATLINBURG , TN.

Our first trip all together! The car ride wasn't too bad- though, I surely wish that the kids were the type that fall asleep in the car, alas, it was not to be....MAYBE, on the way home, exhausted from the fun of a trip, they will zonk for a few hours! Won't it be strange to travel without listening to The Carebear Movie, Barney (yes, Barney'!), and the Little Einsteins...or possibly singing along to songs that aren't about bed jumping monkeys and 10 wiggle worms....we shall see. We could not have scripted better weather- and there's even a fair amount of colorful trees decorating our view.

WOW, this place is gorgeous! nicely done and way up in the mountains...
